摘要
高速公路连接线桥梁工程设计采用先简支后连续小箱梁施工,在穿越高铁时,由于高铁桥梁底部距新建公路桥梁桥面净空只有5.823 m,架桥机无法采取正常的工艺架设施工。通过方案优化,提出了架桥机结合自制扁担梁架设箱梁的施工技术,在不影响高铁运行的情况下,解决了净空不足情况下的小箱梁架设施工难题。
The design of bridge engineering for expressway connecting line uses simply-supported to continuous casket gird-er construction.During the crossing of the high-speed railway,due to the clearance between the bottom of the high-speed railway bridge and the newly built highway bridge deck is only 5.823 m,the bridge erecting machine cannot take normal process erection.Through the scheme optimization,the construction technology for erecting box girder with bridge erecting machine and self-made tow beam is proposed.It solves the problems for erecting casket beam under insufficient clearance without affecting the operation of high-speed railway.
