摘要
通过介绍各种橡胶减振弹性元件在轨道车辆的应用情况和橡胶材料有限元分析本构模型的相关知识,研究了橡胶制品大变形的网格重构技术、蠕变特性仿真技术、稳定性的仿真技术和流固耦合仿真技术及其应用成果,结果表明通过有效地有限元分析技术能够大力促进橡胶减振制品的开发命中率,提升开发效率。
This paper describes the application of the various rubber elastic element on the rail vehicles and the knowledge of rubber materials finite element analysis,and studies grid reconstruction technology of the large deformation of the rubber products,creep characteristics of simulation technology,simulation technology of stability and fluid-structure interaction simulation technology and its application of the results.The results show that effectively finite element analysis techniques can vigorously promote the development of the rubber damping products hit rate,improve development efficiency.
