摘要
研究目的:随着高速铁路的快速发展,新建铁路与既有铁路交叉越来越多,如何减小结构跨度、结构高度及运营铁路上方施工作业时间,是类似项目面临的主要问题。本文以包银高速铁路镇朔湖特大桥跨越包兰铁路为例,介绍大跨度钢箱门式墩结构自身优点并对梁部、钢横梁、桥墩、基础等关键结构进行设计研究。研究结论:(1)跨越同一构筑物,门式墩较大跨桥梁具有布置灵活、施工工期短、造价便宜等优点;(2)钢箱门式墩主要结构在工厂预制,现场安装,既有线上方施工作业时间短,在"天窗"时段即可满足施工要求,既可以保证施工质量,也可以满足既有铁路运营安全;(3)通过对门式墩主体结构及梁部的计算,各项指标均符合规范及设计要求;(4)本研究可以为今后同类型的工程提供参考。
Research purposes:With the rapid development of high-speed railway,more and more new railways cross with existing railways.How to reduce the span,height and construction time above the operation railways is the main problem faced by similar projects.Taking Zhenshuohu Bridge of Baotou-Yinchuan High Speed Railway crossing Baotou-Lanzhou Railway as an example,this paper introduces the advantages of long-span steel box portal pier structure and studies the design of key structures such as beam,steel cross beam,pier and foundation.Research conclusions:(1)Crossing the same structure,the portal pier has the advantages of flexible layout,short construction period and low cost.(2)The main structure of the steel box portal pier is prefabricated in the factory and installed on site.The construction time above the existing line is short.It can meet the construction requirements within the'window'period,which can not only ensure the construction quality,but also meet the safety of the existing railway operation.(3)By calculating the main structure and beam of the portal pier,all the indexes meet the requirements of the code and design.(4)This research can provide useful reference for similar projects in future.
