摘要
研究目的:无砟轨道高速铁路经过一段时间的运营后,由于地面不均匀沉降、周边施工等环境因素的影响,线路轨道会产生不同程度的不利变形,如平面移位、纵断面凹凸变形等。铁路工务部门在轨道实测检查和动态检测的基础上,需要对线路进行维修,对于区域地面不均匀沉降引起的轨道变形有可能不能恢复到设计的平纵断面位置,需要对轨道的平纵断面进行优化和评估,以满足行车安全和舒适的要求。研究结论:(1)一定尺度的轨道的不均匀变形可以通过平纵断面的线形优化进行再设计;(2)轨道变形的平纵断面优化设计宜在对轨道现状进行全面测量,综合考虑安全性、舒适度等技术经济指标最优的前提下进行;(3)优化选用的线路关键技术参数和指标应满足运营高铁静态养护维修要求,优化后的平纵断面应进行动态仿真检算;(4)本研究成果在不均匀地面沉降区的无砟轨道高铁运营的轨道养护维修中具有现实的参考价值。
Research purposes: After a period of operation of the ballastless track high-speed railway,due to the influence of environmental factors such as uneven ground settlement,surrounding construction and other factors,the track will produce different degrees of adverse deformation,such as plane displacement,longitudinal section concave and convex deformation,etc. On the basis of track inspection and dynamic detection,railway works department need to repair the line,the track deformation caused by uneven ground subsidence may not be restored to the planar and vertical section of the design,we need to optimize and evaluate the horizontal and vertical section of the track,to meet the requirements of driving safety and comfort.Research conclusions:( 1) The uneven deformation of a certain scale track can be redesigned through linear optimization of horizontal and vertical section.( 2) The optimal design of horizontal and vertical section of track deformation should be carried out in a comprehensive way,considering the optimal technical and economic indicators such as safety and comfort.( 3) The key technical parameters and indicators of the optimized line should meet the requirements of high-speed railway maintenance,the optimized horizontal and vertical sections should be checked by dynamic simulation.( 4) The research results have practical reference value for track maintenance of ballastless track high-speed railway inuneven land subsidence area.
