原位制备TiC_x/Cu复合材料及其性能研究 被引量:2

Preparation of TiC_x/Cu Composite by In-situ Method and Analysis of Its Properties

摘要 以Cu粉、Ti粉和石墨为初始原料,采用分步混料的手段,原位热压制备TiC_x/Cu复合材料。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)分析了复合材料的物相组成并观测其微观组织形貌,通过拉伸实验测试了TiC_x/Cu复合材料的拉伸强度并分析其断裂机理。实验结果表明:采用原位法成功制备出了TiC_x/Cu复合材料,增强相TiC_x的形成机理是以C源为基点,Ti向C扩散由外向内反应生成TiC,当C与Ti的化学计量比不足1:1时,由于C的缺位而形成TiC_x。测试复合材料的拉伸强度为630.32 MPa,断裂应变为9.43%。 TiC_x/Cu composite was prepared through in situ hot pressing reaction using Ti and Cu powders and graphite as raw materials.The phase compositions of the raw material and the composite were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Meanwhile,the micro-structure was observed through the scanning electron microscope(SEM).The tensile strength of TiC_x/Cu composite was tested and the fracture mechanism was analyzed.The results showed that the reinforced phase was formed by the spread of Ti towards the graphite.When the stoichiometric ratio of C and Ti was less than 1 :1,TiC_x was formed because of the absence of C.The tensile strength of the composite was 630.32 MPa,and the fracture strain was 9.43%.
