摘要
教育质量评价工作的目的是为了更好地促进职业教育事业的发展,但如果评价质量不高,非但不能促进职业教育的发展,还会产生消极影响。文章探究教育主体在实施教育质量评价时容易发生,并影响教育质量评价信度与效度的几种心理误差,并针对这些心理误差,根据评价主体心理发生发展规律,提出调控措施,以期最大限度减少评价主体的心理误差,确保教育质量评价的科学有效。
Assessment on education quality aims to better promote the development of vocational education.However,if the quality of assessment is not good,it won't promote the development of vocational education,but has a negative influence instead.This paper explores several psychological errors that easily happen when the subject of education carries out assessment on education quality and that also influence reliability and validity of assessment.According to the law of psychological growth and development of the subject of assessment,this paper also puts forward adjustment measures against these psychological errors,in order to maximumly reduce the psychological errors of the subject of assessment and ensure the scientificity and validity of assessment on education quality.
