摘要
家庭暴力是中国当今社会不容忽视的一个社会问题。本文主要论述了家庭暴力的现状、特点、原因及有关的法律措施,旨在预防和消除家庭暴力。
The family violence is a social concern nowadays which can not be ignored in china.Having mainly described the current situation,the features and the causes of the family violence as well as its relevant legal mea-sures,the paper aims to prevent and dispel the family violence.
