摘要
本文阐释了信息化时代的今天,必须丰富人才的内涵,突出创新能力。分析了培养创新人才,传统教育模式面临严峻挑战。提出了把握时代特点,构建创新人才培养模式的理念和要求。探讨了网络教育具有革命性、创造性、灵活性、自主性的特征,是培养创新人才和实现学习化社会的有效途径。
In the times of information explosion,the internal factors of talents must be enriched and their orig-inality must be stressed.The training mode of creative talents must be constructed in accordance with times feature.Therefore,the traditional mode of education has met with a severe challenge owing to the demand for training cre-ative talents,while network education is an effective way to bring up creative talents and realize a learning society because of its characteristics of revolutionary nature,creativity,flexibility and independence.
