实时荧光PCR用于流感病毒检测的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨和研究实时荧光逆转录聚合酶链式反应在流感病毒检测中的应用效果。方法采用实时荧光PCR对617例流感样病例患者的咽拭子标本进行流感病毒核酸的测定,对检测出的阳性标本采用MDCK进行培养并分离,对两种方法的检测结果进行分析,对比特异性及灵敏度。结果本组617例标本中实时荧光PCR共检测出阳性标本152例,阳性率24.6%;细胞培养法在此152例阳性标本中共分离出流感病毒79例,阳性率12.8%,实时荧光PCR检测阳性率显著高于细胞培养法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实时荧光PCR能够快速有效的检测出流感病毒核酸,是实验室快速诊断的有效手段。
