摘要
等轴组织和双态组织的主要区别是初生α相的含量不同。本文以Ti-6Al-4V钛合金为研究对象,利用万能电子拉伸机对5种初生α相含量不同的试样进行了拉伸性能和弹性模量测试,研究了同一拉伸状态下,不同α含量试样的应力-应变曲线特征。试验结果表明,初生α相含量对弹性模量的影响不大,随着α相比例增加,抗拉强度、屈服强度和屈强比呈下降趋势,断后伸长率和断面收缩率略有增加。
The main difference between equiaxed and dual-phase structure is the content of primary α phase. By researching on Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy,this paper focuses on studying the various strain-stress curves in the same tensile condition by means of testing the tensile properties and elastic modules of five different primary α phase contents. The test result presents that the content of primary α phase has little impact on elastic module. With the increasing of α phase content,the tensile strength,yield strength and yield ratio decrease,while the elongation and reduction of area have some increase.
