TC4钛合金Φ450mm棒材不同厚度整体试样热处理工艺研究

Research on the heat treatment of whole samples with various thicknesses of Φ450 mm TC4 bars

摘要 通过对TC4钛合金Φ450 mm棒材80 mm、40 mm、20 mm整体试样热处理工艺的研究,分析不同的热处理温度和热处理冷却方式对棒材横、纵向组织和室温、高温力学性能的影响。结果表明:当整体试样厚度不大于40 mm,且采用双重退火(首次退火后水冷)的热处理工艺时,才能保证TC4钛合金Ф450 mm棒材的室温力学性能和显微组织符合GJB 1538,高温强度Rm≥615 MPa。双重退火制度为:首次退火工艺为加热到转变温度以下30~80℃,保温不少于1h,水冷;随后再进行700~800℃,保温1~4 h,空冷。 Through the research on the heat treatment of whole samples with the thicknesses of 80 mm,40 mm,20 mm ofΦ450 mm TC4 bars,the paper analyzed the influence of different heat treatments on the transverse and longitudinal microstructure and mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature. The results showed that after double annealing,the mechanical properties at room temperature and microstructure of the whole samples with the thicknesses less than 40 mm of Φ450 mm TC4 bars could meet the standard of GJB 1538,and the tensile strength Rmwas no less than 615 MPa. The double annealing process :the heating temperature was 30~80℃ bellow the transition temperature,and the holding time was more than 1h water cooling and then heated to 700~800℃,holding 1~4hs and air cooling.
