摘要
在真空自耗电弧熔炼过程中,头部补缩期作为熔炼的最后操作阶段,补缩质量的好坏将直接影响到铸锭头部组织的好坏及切头量的多少,进而影响铸锭成材率的高低。利用DOE试验方法,将大规格钛及钛合金铸锭切头损失有效减小,并给出了影响因素,获得并验证了最优化的补缩工艺参数,减少了铸锭的切头损失。
In the VAR process,since the head feeding period was the final operational phase for melting,the quality of feeding will directly affect the quality of the ingot head organization and the amount of cutting head,and impact on the level of ingot yield.Loss of cutting head for the large size of titanium and titanium alloy ingot can be effectively reduced,and influencing factors were confirmed by using the method of DOE test.The optimal process parameters of feeding was obtained and verified and the loss of ingot cutting head was reduced.
