摘要
本文研究了两种不同工艺制备的Ti60高温钛合金Φ300mm棒材的显微组织及力学性能。结果发现,Ti60合金大棒材的显微组织特点是靠近外表面的区域变形比较充分,显微组织均匀性较好,靠近心部区域α相的等轴化程度低,显微组织均匀性相对表面区域较差,这种差别会遗传到两相区的热处理态显微组织中;尽管不同变形程度大棒材显微组织尤其是α相的形貌略有差异,但除600℃轴向拉伸性能外,室温拉伸、蠕变性能差别很小,这主要归因于在初生α相体积分数较低的缘故。
The article investigated the microstructure and mechanical properties of Φ300 mm large-section Ti60 high-temperature titanium bars prepared under two different forging processes.It was found that near-surface region exhibits more sufficient deformation than interior region.Accordingly,a more homogeneous microstructure was found at the near-surface region.While at the interior region,more strip-shaped α phase morphology was found.This phenomenon passed down to the corresponding α+β solution heat-treated microstructure.Though large difference especially α phase morphology was found in the two different deformed Ti60 large-section bars,the difference of tensile and creep properties between them was not so apparent,except 600℃ tensile properties with the samples selected parallel to the length direction of the Ti60 bar.This can be attributed to the fact that at circumstances of less α phase volume fraction,more influence on these mechanical properties is from β-transformed microstructure but not from α phase morphology.
