摘要
针对GB/T 19001-2008质量管理标准在实际应用中存在的主要问题,引入卓越绩效模式,根据两者在管理职责、过程控制以及资源管理等方面的整合,提出基于卓越绩效模式的GB/T 19001-2008标准改进措施。
The authors of this article introduce to Aim at the main problems of GB/T 19001-2008 Standard in practical application process,the author introduces the Excellent Performance Mode,and puts forward the GB/T 19001-2008 Standard improvement measures based on Excellent Performance Mode according to the integration of administration responsibility,processes control and resource management.
