摘要
导学主任在远程开放教育中起着重要的作用,是开放教育学员学习的组织者,在学生和教师、学校之间起着桥梁和纽带的作用。导学主任工作的导向作用、组织作用、监控作用、服务作用和管理作用是其工作的核心,对提高远程开放教育的质量具有重要的意义。
Supervisors play a very important role in open distance education.They are the organizers in their academic learning.They act as the bridge and the link between the students,teachers and the school.The following are the core of the supervisors working,the function of guiding,organizing,controlling,servicing and managing,which has much significance in improving the quality of open distance education.
