摘要
研究了玉米籽粒装卸过程中的输送速度、碰撞次数以及碰撞介质等对其破碎粉化行为的影响.研究结果表明,碰撞介质硬度越高,破碎现象越严重;当碰撞速度低于9m s时,各项破碎量与碰撞介质及碰撞速度关系不大;当碰撞速度高于12m s时,破碎量对速度较为敏感.分析认为速度过快是导致玉米籽粒破碎的主要因素.通过降低输送速度,可有效降低玉米的破碎粉化.
In this paper, the effects of transfer velocity, colliding rate and colliding media on the breaking behavior of corn was discussed. The results showed that the harder the hardness of the colliding media, the more the breaking. When the colliding velocity is less than 9 m/s, the breaking is unchanged with the velocity and colliding media, but increased with it while it is more than 12 m/s. It is suggested that the velocity plays a key role in the breaking of corn. The breaking can be greatly decreased by reducing the transfer velocity.
