Computer-controlled roving frame features high performance, high production, low energy consumption and low maintenance requirements. The article gives a brief introduction to the features of computer-controlled roving frames with 4 shafts or 7 shafts running synchronously. It then discusses in details about how to set up 3 kinds of mathematical models for constant-tension spinning, including the inference operation model, the CCD follow-up detection model and the model for obtaining orbit by listing table.
