摘要
通过对正在研制中的MG750/1800-WD型采煤机摇臂进行了有限元分析,得出了该采煤机摇臂在不同位置、不同工况的应力、应变规律,摸清了摇臂危险截面、极限工况、极限载荷和极限应力,提出了摇臂承载能力的优化方案。同时还对摇臂壳体固有频率、各阶振型、动力性能进行了探索性分析研究。
By means of the finite element analysis of the ranging arm of MG750/1800-WD shearer, the stress and the emergency laws of the ranging arm under different positions and working condition are attained. The paper defines the dangerous section, limit working condition, limit loading and limit stress, suggests the scheme of optimizing the loadcarrying ability of the ranging arm; meanwhile it exploringly analyzes and studies the natural frequency and dynamic performance of the shell of ranging arm.
