摘要
根据某污水处理厂污泥的性质及现有工艺流程,通过固定几个参数进行正交试验,找出污泥脱水运行的最佳控制参数。结果表明,当加药比为 2.4‰,滤带张力为0.45 MPa,滤带走速为 2.5m/min、药液浓度为2.0‰时,污泥脱水效果最好。
Based on the features of the sludge in a wastewater treatment plant and by using the existing technology, the cross test is carried out to treat sludge dehydration and find out the optimal control factors. The results show that the effect of the test will be optimal if control factors are available.
