摘要
将改进后的一端两个圆锥滚子轴承、另一端两个圆柱滚子轴承的支承结构成功应用在相控阵精密测量雷达俯仰支承上,解决了大跨距、大变形轴系的支承问题。实践证明,这种支承结构具有轴系精度、刚度高,摩擦力矩适中,伺服性能较好的优点。
An improved bearing structure,two tapered roller bearings one side and two roller bearings another side,was successfully used in the elevation axis bearing of phased array precision measurement radar.This bearing structure solved the problem of long bearing distance and high distortion of elevation axis,and it was proved in practice that the bearing structure had a high precision and axis rigidity ,proper friction torque.
