摘要
利用微波加热法提取菊芋中的菊糖,研究结果表明,当浸出温度为90~95℃,浸出剂用水量与菊芋量之比为1:1时,可获得较高的萃取率(92%~95%)。该法与传统加热浸出法相比具有萃取时间短、提取率高、节能等优点。
Inulin was extracted from Jerusalem artichoke with microwave method. The results showed that the extraction rate of inulin was above 92% - 95% in a few minutes, when the ratio of extraction water and Jerusalem artichoke under the temperature of 90 - 95 ℃ is 1:1. This method is more effective, cheaper and quicker.
