摘要
小组合作学习目前在课堂教学和教师培训中都被认为是一种十分有效的学习方式。本文探讨了在教师培训中小组合作学习的内在条件,包括:(1)小组学习中参与者的心理感受,如安全感、信任感、相互依赖感;(2)小组的思维特性,如群体内聚力、群体思维;(3)小组成员的合作技能,特别是他们的基本社交技能。作者通过这些探讨旨在指出小组学习对教师和培训者来说都是不易掌握的。而要有效地实现小组学习就必需采取积极的措施以培育良好的环境。
Cooperative group learning is considered a very effective way of learning both in classroom settings for students and in teacher education. This paper discusses the internal conditions for successful group learning in teacher training, which include (1) the participants' psychological state in group learning such as feelings of safety and security, trust and interdependence; (2) the group's thinking characteristics such as group internal cohesion and 'group think'; (3) cooperative skills of the group members, especially their basic communicative skills. By discussing these conditions, the author aims to point out that group learning is not easy for teachers and trainers to handle. Active measures need to be taken to foster a friendly environment for effective group learning.
