摘要
自然条件下对珊瑚树叶片光合作用日进程和光响应进行了测定 .结果表明 ,夏季晴天珊瑚树阳叶净光合速率日进程曲线为“双峰”型 ,光合效率午间明显降低 ,这主要是由非气孔限制引起的 ;阴叶净光合速率午间最高 ,没有发生明显的光合效率变化 .进一步的研究表明 。
The diurnal variations of photosynthesis and response to light in Viburnum odoratissimum leaves under natural conditions had been studied.The results were as follows:in clear summer days,the curves of diurnal variations of net photosynthetic rates (P -n(CO -2)) in sunnyleaves had two peaks,which had an obvious phenomenon of midday decline of photosynthetic efficiency.The rising of the internal CO -2 concentration (C -i(CO -2)) in sunnyleaf around noon indicated that non-stomatal limited elements caused midday decrease of P -n(CO -2).P -n(CO -2) in shadeleaf were the highest around noon,showed that the midday declines of photosynthetic efficiency were not obvious.The farther study indicated that photoinhibition caused by strong light is the important cause of the decline of photosynthetic efficiency in Viburnum odoratissimum leaves around noon on clear days under natural conditions.
