摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对毛茛属的毛茛 (RanunculusjaponicusscusThunb .)和扬子毛茛 (Ranuncu lussiebodiiMiq .)在不同生境中的叶、茎、果实进行了过氧化物酶同工酶及酯酶同工酶的分析 ,2个种的各组织器官均存在相似的酶谱 ,其中过氧化物酶的分离效果较酯酶的分离效果好 ,茎、果的酶带较叶的酶带多且分离效果好 .结果表明 ,不同种之间、同一种类在不同生境中及同一种类不同组织器官中的同工酶谱有差异 .
Leaves, stems and fruits of two species of Ranunculus(Ranunculus japonicusscus Thunb. and Ranunculus siebodii Miq.) were studied on POD isoenzyme and EST isoenzyme by PAGE.The result showed that there were different POD and EST in different species and tissues.Same species in different environment showed the same case.On the spearation effect, POD was better than EST, stems and fruits were better than leaves.
