摘要
用易降解的魔芋胶 (魔芋葡甘聚糖 )代替合成聚合物制备了油藏调驱用的水基弱凝胶。简介了这种聚糖的组成和性质。考察了魔芋葡甘聚糖、一种无机盐胶凝剂和胶凝助剂无水亚硫酸钠用量对胶凝的影响 ,3种组分的适宜用量 (质量分数 )分别为 1.0 % ,0 .9% ,1.2 % ,胶凝温度为 6 0~ 90℃ ,胶凝时间随胶凝温度升高而缩短。适宜配方溶胶液在 6 0℃形成的弱凝胶 ,6 0℃、10s-1粘度为 5 30mPa·s,在 6 0℃可维持 30d不变 ;在胶凝温度下 ,在 10 %CaCl2和 10 %NaCl溶液中浸泡 12 0d不破胶 ,在 3%~ 5 %盐酸中浸泡 4 0~ 2 5h破胶 ,破胶液粘度小于 10mPa·s(6 0℃ ,10s-1) ;在 10 %NaOH溶液中搅拌 7~ 8h或浸泡 2 0h完全胶溶。讨论了胶凝机理和胶溶机理。图 3参 2。
The aqueous weak gel prepared for reservoir profiling/flooding is based on degradable plant gum Amorphophallus with main constituent polysaccharide glucomannan instead of synthetic polymers. The composition and properties of the plant gum and its glucomannan is presented briefly. The influence of dosage of glucomannan, gelling agent (an inorganic salt) and gelation aid Na 2SO 3 is investigated and it is shown that the proper dosage of these constituents is of 1.0%, 0.9% and 1.2%, respectively; the gelation temperature is ranged in 60-90℃; the gelation time shortens with temperature raising. The properly formulated glucomannan gelling sol solution forms at 60℃ a weak gel having viscosity at 60℃ and 10 s -1 530 mPa·s, which keep unchanged in 30 days at 60℃. This weak gel does not break down when immersing in 10% CaCl 2 or NaCl solution in 120 days at 60℃, breaks down when immersing in 3-5% HCl solution at 60-90℃ in 40-25 hrs with viscosity of remained fluid being <10 mPa·s at 60℃ and 10 s -1 and dissolves and turns to sol solution completely when immersing in 10% NaOH solution in 6-7 hrs of stirring or in 20 hrs standing. The mechanisms involved in gelation of sol solution and in gel dissolution and gel sol transition are discussed.
