摘要
调查了三道农场生态环境和社会经济状况,建议发展以生态旅游业为龙头的生态产业与生态恢复相结合改造橡胶农场,改变单纯依赖橡胶种植的脆弱经济结构。将农场的土地利用划分为天然林封育区、观光型生态农业区、药用植物资源保护及栽培区和生态旅游区共4个功能区。通过实施生态林业工程、生态农业工程和旅游配套工程等措施,发展生态观光农业和生态旅游业,走社会、经济和生态相协调的可持续发展的道路。
The degraded ecological environment and poor social and economic performance in Sandao Farm in Hainan Island are investigated. It is suggested to reform the rubber farm with ecological trades combined with ecological restoration to change the fragile economic structure depending only on plantation of rubber trees. In accordance with the characteristics of the natural environment and the advantages of position, the strategy is propounded to develop ecotourism as key trade to bring along the others. A land use plan is made, in which the land is divided into 4 function areas including the area for natural forest conservation, the ecoagricultural area for sightseeing, the protected and cultivated area for medicinal plant resources, and the area for ecotourism. Through the forest ecological engineering, ecoagricultural engineering and accessory engineering for tourism, the natural forest will be protected and restored, meanwhile the ecoagriculture for sightseeing and ecotourism will develop in the farm. Thus the farm will be able to develop sustainable with coordination of social, economic and ecological benefits.
