摘要
目的 :探讨三孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除的应用价值。方法 :选择胆囊阑尾良性疾病并发的36例患者行腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术。结果 :36例均获成功 ,手术时间 30～ 80min ,术后 2～ 3d出院 ,无并发症发生。结论 :三孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除具有创伤小 ,康复快 ,疤痕小等优点 ,治疗胆囊阑尾良性疾病安全有效。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy with three holes punctured technique.Methods:selected 36 cases of patients to perform operation.Results:36 cases had been operated successfully.Operation time was 30 to 80 minutes.The patients went out of the hospital in 2 days or 3 days. No complications occured.Conclusions:The laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy with 3 holes punctured technique is one of the safe,microtrauma,quick recovery,little sufferment,less scar operation method.
