摘要
为适应网络化管理条件下医院质量监控的实际需要,探索建立了一种“立交开放式全面质量监控模式”,实行了流程式内部交互监控、抽检式专兼职重点监控、开放式社会化网上监控、全员式满意度测评监控,促进了医院社会效益和经济效益连续多年同步快速增长。
To satisfy the demand of total quality control (TQC) in a computer network hospital, we have founded a stereo -interactive - open supervisory model. It is composed of four parts: interactive supervision during whole medical process among all hospital workers, spot check on focal points by full - time and part - time experts, socialized supervision based on computer network in hospital, satisfaction rating system evaluating all medical personnel by related medical workers and patients. Since practicing the model, both our hospital's socialized benefits and economic benefits have been growing quickly for years.
