摘要
按照面积法汽液相平衡数据热力学一致性检验的原理,完成了其一致性检验程序的开发.系统中精选了一致性检验计算中所需的各种模型,它们具有较高的精度.该系统通过接口与微型机上化工物性数据库相联接,可方便地调用和计算所需各种物性数据,能够快速而大量地进行数据的检验工作.本系统可对除含超临界组分以外的各种条件下的二元汽液相平衡实验数据进行热力学一致性检验.运用该系统处理了八十套各种条件下的二元汽液平衡实验数据,检验结果与文献数据相符合.
A thermodynamic consistency test system was developed from the theory of integral method. The models used in the calculation of the physical data for the consistency tests were selected carefully, which led to accurate results. The system which communicated with MCEDB (Micro Chemical Engineering Data Base)by the interface can automa-tically recall the data required for the consistency tests. A variety of binary vapor liquid equilibrium experimental data except those referring to supercritieal components and so on can be tested conveniently by this system. About eighty sets of binary vapor liquid equilibrium data were tested by using this system, and the results were in agreement with the literature.
