摘要
基于离心泵叶轮轴面流线的一般设计方法,建立了螺旋离心泵叶轮轴面流线的数学模型,并利用VB语言链接AutoCAD绘图工具编制了螺旋离心泵水力CAD软件,通过对螺旋离心泵叶轮轴面流道前后盖板的流线设计、流道过流断面面积检查以及流道中间流线等实际计算验证,其结果表明方法可行、精度高、速度快.
Based on the conventional design procedure of meridian flow passage in the impeller of centrifugal pumps, a mathematical model is set up for that of screwcentrifugal pumps and, by adopting VBlanguage linked with the graphic facility in the AutoCAD, a CAD software for hydraulic design of those pumps is programmed. By means of actual computations such as designing the streamlines at front and back shrouds of the impeller of the pumps designed, checking the flow passage areas within the flow canal, and designing the middle streamline in the flow canal, it is shown that the design procedure presented here is feasible, being of high accuracy and fast implementation.
