摘要
目的 :研究胃癌细胞中胰岛素样生长因子 1型受体 (IGF- 1R)的表达情况。方法 :采用免疫细胞化学方法对胃癌 GL C细胞涂片的 IGF- 1R的表达情况进行检测分析。结果 :胃癌细胞阳性表达率为 0 .90 0± 0 .0 4 1,阳性部位位于胞膜和胞浆。结论 :胃癌细胞中 IGF- 1R的表达呈阳性。
Objective:To evaluate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor in gastric carcinoma cell.Methods:The IGF-1R expression on the gastric carcinoma cell was tested by Immunocytochemistry.Results:The gastric carcinoma cell positive rate was 0.900±0.041. Cells with a positive reaction in cytoplasm and cell membrane.Conclusion:IGF-1 was positively expressed in gastric carcinoma cell.
