摘要
目的 掌握出生缺陷发生的变化趋势 ,探讨出生缺陷发生的相关因素 ,为制定和采取预防措施提供依据。方法 按照全国出生缺陷监测方案 ,对 4所市直医院、6所县直医院共 2 9814例围产儿出生缺陷进行监测。结果濮阳市出生缺陷发生率为 8.12‰ ,其发生与孕母年龄、孕龄、胎次、职业、居住环境、是否婚检、是否参加围产期保健等因素有关。结论 降低出生缺陷发生率应采取以下措施 :做好计划生育工作 ,加强婚前保健及围产期保健 ,避免孕早期患病 ,营造孕期良好环境 ,广泛开展健康教育 ,育龄妇女增补叶酸 。
Objective To grasp the changing trend of the occurrence of the burned with defects,to go further into the relevant factors of the occurrence of the burned with defects,to provide the basis for making and adopting preventive measures.Methods Twenty nine thousand eight hundred and fourteen babies with defects were monitored during parturient period in 4 hospitals directly under the municipality as well as in 6 hospitals directly under the county government according to the national monitoring procedure for the burned with defects.Results The occurrence rate of the burned with defects in Puyang was 8.12‰.The occurrence of the burned with defects was related to the age of the mother,age of pregnancy,times of pregnancy,profession and living environment.It was also related to if there was physical examination and before marriage whether parturient period protection measures had been taken or not, etc.Conclusions The following measures must be taken in order to decrease the occurrence rate of the burned with defects:take care of the birthcontrol; intensify the health care before marriage and during parturient period; avoid sickness in the early stage of pregnancy; create good environment around pregnancy period; develop widely the health care education; enrich folic acid for the women in pregnancy; enhance the monitoring to the burned with defects and make effective preventive measures.
