摘要
mRNA差异显示反转录PCR技术 ,简称mRNA差异显示技术 (DDRT -PCR)是近年来国外发展起来用于分离未知基因的一种新技术。本文就其技术的原理、步骤、优缺点及其在动物科学中的应用作一简要介绍。
Differential Display of Eukaryotic Messenger RNA by means of the Polymerase Chain Reaction can be shorted to DDRT-PCR,which has been developing these years,is a new technique to isolate an unknown gene.This article mainly introduced its principle,procedure,advantage,disadvantage and application to the animal science.
