摘要
目的 :报道 1例发生于臀部的汗腺癌。患者女性 ,80岁。右臀部红色斑块 1年、溃疡 2月。组织病理可见真皮内巢状异形细胞 ,个别呈腺样结构。免疫组化 :CK强阳性 ,CEA阳性。
Objective:A patient with eccrine gland carcinoma on the buttock was reported. A 80-year-old female presented red plaque for one year and ulcer for two months. Histopathological findings showed some nest-sharp heterogeneous cells and adenoid structure in the dermis, immunohistochemical staining showed CK(+);CEA(+).
