摘要
目的 :为了探讨在疥疮治疗方面安全有效 ,使用方便的药物和方法。方法 :对 6 0例疥疮应用铍宝消炎癣湿药膏外涂。早晚各 1次 ,连用 1w。治疗期间可每晚更衣、洗澡。结果 :治疗后 2w观察 ,治愈 5 7例 (95 % ) ,显效 2例 (3 33% ) ,总有效率为 98 33%。结论 :铍宝消炎癣湿药膏治疗疥疮 ,具有疗效好 ,副作用小 ,安全性高的优点 ,是一种依从性好、可供临床选用的药物和疗法。
Objective:To explore the new medication and methods in treatment of scabies. Methods: Pibao cream was used in treatment of patients with scabies twice a day, lasted for a week. The patients were permitted to change clothes and take bathes as usually. Results: After two weeks treatment, 57 cases(95%) were cured, 2 cases(3.33%) showed the good response. The total effective rate was 98.33%. Conclusion:Pibao cream was in good curative effect, low side effect and is safe to be used. Therefore it is a drug with good compliance and can be used in treatment of scabies.
