摘要
双轴柔性滚弯技术适于加工管状零件 ,对于比强度高的材料具有很好的成形精度 ,是一种先进的制造技术 ,目前已成功应用在开缝衬套和导弹舱壳主体圆筒的制造中。已有的双轴柔性滚弯理论对工程实践具有一定的指导作用 ,但仍存在一些问题。本文对前人的工作进行了回顾和总结 ,分析了滚弯回弹理论公式产生误差的原因。在此基础上 ,利用回弹后曲率半径的主要影响因素即刚性轴半径和进给量 ,对已有理论结果进行了修正 ,得到了滚弯回弹理论修正公式 ,并给出了具体算例。计算结果表明 ,回弹理论修正值与实验结果符合的较好 ,具有一定的实用性。
Two axle bending technique is a kind of advanced manufacturing process for bending tubular parts, especially suitable for difficult to work metallic materials with high specific strength, and it can attain a fine forming accuracy. The technique has been applied to bend split sleeve and missile body cylinders successfully. Existing theory on the technique can guide engineering practice to some extent, but there still remain some shortages in it. In this paper, previous work about the theoretical formula of bending springback has been reviewed and summarized, and the difference between the theoretical and the practical results analyzed. On the basis of this using the radius and the feed of the rigid axle which are the main factors of influence on the radius of curvature after springback, a modified bending springback formula has been obtained and an example of calculation given. It is shown that the modified theoretical springback results fit well with the experimental results, so the formula given in this paper is of practical use.
