摘要
目的 :建立裸鼠皮下人肝癌移植模型 .方法 :人肝癌细胞株SMMC - 772 1制成 0 2mL 含 5× 10 6个细胞悬液接种于 4～ 6周龄裸小鼠颈背部皮下 ,按时观察肿瘤生长情况 ,36d处死 .瘤组织作病理及电镜检查 ,周围血作与肿瘤相关的甲胎蛋白 (AFP)检测 .结果 :该模型具有类似原发性肝癌的形态学特征 .结论 :成功建立了人肝癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型 .
To found nude mice model transplanted with human liver cancer. Methods: 0 2?mL (5×10 6 cells) of human liver cancer SMMC-7721 cell suspension was injected into sub-skin in the neck-posterior of nude mice (aged 4～6 weeks). The growth of tumor was observed every week. Also, pathologic examination, detection of AFP in serum by radiation immunity and electron microscope of nude mice were used to observe the growth condition of tumor. Results: The model founded has the same morphological character compared with the human liver cancer. Conclusion: We have succeeded in founding the nude mice model transplanted with human liver cancer.
