宫颈癌中nm23-H1、erbB3、erbB4相关表达及与预后关系 被引量:1

CORRELATIVE EXPRESSION OF NM23-H1, ERBB3, ERBB4 GENE PROTEIN IN PROGNOSIS OF CERVICAL CARCINOMA

摘要 目的 探讨nm2 3 -H1、erbB3、erbB4基因蛋白在宫颈癌中相关表达及与宫颈癌临床病理参数和预后关系。方法 采用免疫组化法HIGH -SABC法检测了 50例宫颈癌 (鳞癌、腺癌各 2 5例 )标本中nm2 3 -H1、erbB3、erbB4基因蛋白表达。结果 erbB3、erbB4在鳞癌表达率高于腺癌 (分别为 52 %、44 % ;44%、36 % ) ,nm2 3 -H1在宫颈腺癌阳性率 (60 % )高于鳞癌 (44% ) ,但均无统计学意义。宫颈鳞、腺癌erbB3、erbB4表达均呈正相关 ;腺癌中nm2 3 -H1、erbB4表达呈负相关 ,且nm2 3 -H1阳性表达同时伴随erbB4阴性表达者的 5年生存率明显高于nm2 3 -H1阴性表达而erbB4阳性表达的 5年生存率。结论 erbB3、erbB4表达的正相关性提示在调节宫颈癌细胞分化中 ,两者可能是以异二聚体形式存在。nm2 3 -H1和erbB4联合检测在宫颈腺癌的预后评价中可能是重要的。 Objective To explore the correlative expression of nm23-H1, erbB3,erbB4 gene protein in predicting prognosis of cervical carcinoma. Methods Expression of gene protein was examined by immuno-histochemical staining in 50 cases with cervical carcinoma, of which 25 with squmous cell carcinoma(SCC), 25 with adenocarcinoma(AC). Results Positive correlation existed between erbB3 and erbB4 in SCC or AC, but negative relationship between nm23-H1 and erbB4 only existed in AC and the relationship was related to prognosis of adenocarcinoma. Conclusion It is suggested that erbB3,erbB4 may exist in heterodimers which adjusting carcinoma cell differentiation. Combined examination of nm23-H1 and erbB4 may be important in predicting prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma.
