摘要
作者通过 40多年临床实践的回顾 ,结合中医基础理论 ,认为肝癌的辨证论治应以中医的脾为核心 ,并从临床和实验两方面对这一观点进行了大量探索。在此同时 ,明确提出了“肿瘤领域辨证论治的总目标是恢复机体的和谐有序”的理论 。
By reviewing the clinical work of the past 40 years an d combining with the theories of traditional Chinese medicine,the author propos ed that the spleen plays a key role in treating liver cancer according to syndro me differentiation. Based on the clinical and experimental research work, the au thor advanced a theory that the goal of the treatment of cancer according to syn drome differentiation is to restore the harmony and order of the body. Further r esearch into this theory will be conducive to establishing a new theoretical sys tem of integrative medicine on cancer treatment.
