放射性肝损伤的MRI研究 被引量:1

摘要 放射性肝损伤的发生正随着腹部肿瘤的放疗、骨髓移植及肝脏恶性肿瘤三维适形放疗的开展而越来越受到重视。准确判断并评价肝脏放射性损伤的有无及其程度,对临床药物学治疗和/或肿瘤放疗方案的制定与修正均显得尤为重要。MRI虽然最近才被应用于该领域,却已显露出其令人瞩目的优越性。
