摘要
目的:研究中药大黄乙醇提取物对病毒性脑炎的治疗作用。方法:采用标准昆明鼠为动物模型,用单纯疱疹病毒I型(HSV-1)进行脑内局部接种,制成小鼠疱疹性脑炎模型,以无环鸟苷为阳性对照,用不同剂量的大黄乙醇提取物进行治疗。结果:大黄乙醇提取物可以显著提高疱疹性脑炎小鼠的存活率,延长平均存活时间,减轻脑组织的病理改变,明显消除脑内的病毒抗原,降低各个时期的病毒滴度。皮下注射给药3.3g/(kg·d)与4.9g/(kg·d)组效果优于无环鸟苷对照组。结论:中药大黄能有效地治疗由单纯疱疹病毒引起的脑炎,在体内有抗病毒作用,是一种有效的抗病毒中药,其在抗病毒领域的开发前景广阔。
Objective:To study the effect of rhubarb ethanol-extract on viral encephalitis.Methods:Standard Kunming mice were utilized as a model and herpes simplex virus type1was inoculated by the way of intro-brain.And then the infected mice were treated with different doses of rhubarb ethanol-extract.Meanwhile,acyclovir(ACV)was used as a positive control.Results:Rhubarb ethanol-extract could pro-long the mean survival time of mice with herpes simplex encephalitis(HSE)significantly,and decrease the pathological changes in brain,eliminate the virus antigen notably,and reduce the virus titer in each peri-od.The effects of groups3.3g /kg·d and4.9g /kg·d were better than those of ACV positive control.Con clusion:Rhubarb ethanol-extract can treat HSE effectively,so it has antiviral actions in vivo.As a kind of traditional Chinese medicine with strong antiviral action,it has a very good foreground in clinical usage and medicine development.
