摘要
通过文献资料调研,总结了我国青少年业余体育训练与竞赛体制的形成特点,根据对其发展趋势的判断,以及对现存主要问题的分析,提出构建社会主导,以“横向联系”为结构关系的青少年儿童业余体育训练和竞赛模式的设想建议。
Through literature search, this article summarizes the forming characteristics of amateur training and competitive system of our junior. Based on the developing trend and existing problems, organizational structure of training and competitive model for junior is put forwarded.
