摘要
重型汽车等的轮边减速器大齿轮与半轴的联接,采用锥度直边三角花键联接较用渐开线花键联接具有很多优点。论述了锥度直边三角花键的展成法加工原理,介绍了加工锥度直边三角花键的插齿机和滚齿机的改装方法,以及三角花键插齿刀、滚刀的设计方法,并介绍了35D型矿用车上的锥度直边三角花键展成法加工工艺。
It is much more advantageous to adopt a taper straight-side triangular spline than an involute one, for example, in linking up big gear of wheel bub reductor with axle shaft in heavy duty trucks. In this paper the principle of manufacturing taper straight-side triangular spline by generating cutting is described. Moanwhile the methods for rebuilding gear shapers and hobbers and designing gear shaper cutters and gear hobs in order to manufacture this type of spline are presented, Finally the generating process of tape straightside triangular spline for model 35D mine truck is reported as well.
