摘要
本文介绍了MPEG、JPEG、H .2 6 1的压缩算法缺陷 ,提出了小波变换图像压缩技术 ,并阐述了其工作原理。
The paper introduces limitations of MPEG?JPEG and H 261. In the paper , Wavelet transform technology has been presented and the compression principles?vital compression technology and applied prospect have been discussed.
