摘要
为了对密封件的漏孔提出定量分析的概念,举例说明了漏孔漏率的计算步骤。在此基础上,对检测漏率的各种方法进行了比较,认为氦质谱法将成为发展趋势。
An example illustrating the procedure of calculating the rate of leakage of the leak holes is proposed to give a concept of quantitative analysis of the leak holes in seals. On this basis, comparisons of various methods for measuring the rate of leakages are made and a condusion can be drawn that the helium spectrum method will be predominant in the future.
