摘要
功率管的散热设计是提高系统性能的一个重要方面。基于此,通过分析和推导,介绍了表贴功率管的散热机理和几种不同的高效散热方式及应用范围。
The radiating design of power MOSFETs is an important aspect for improving the system performance.On this base,the radiating theory of surface mount power MOSFETs,several kinds of high efficiency radiating way and application range are introduced through analyzing and deriving.
