With the change in concept of city planning and in angle of view,the planning construction of city greenbelt is facing a newdevelopment.The development trend for greenbelt planning in modern cities is characterized as follows:rational in planning, pluralistic inarrangement,systematic in structure,open in space,forest for landscaping,humane in landscape,ecological in waterscape,and humanized infacilities.[
