摘要
用F - 12 /碳纤维混编布带干法缠绕成型了Ф15 0mm薄壁圆筒 ,测试了薄壁圆筒的轴压力学性能 ,着重分析了布带预热温度、缠绕张力以及压辊压力等缠绕工艺参数对薄壁圆筒层间结构的影响。试验结果表明 :当工艺参数选择适当时 ,用混编布带缠绕成型的Ф15
Ф150mm thin-walled tube was wound in dry-winding by using F-12/carbon fiber hybrid fabric tape. The axial properties of the tube were tested and the effect of winding technique parameters on interlayer properties of thin-walled tube was studied. The results showed that when the technique parameters was proper, the properties of the tube wound by hybrid fabric tape were excellent.
