摘要
机械设备在运行中的泄漏 ,是当前环境污染的源头之一。从泄漏与污染、泄漏与密封的关系 ,提出绝对密封技术。阐述了磁力传动与密封原理 ,分析了无泄漏设计的应用与发展前景。建议推广绿色产品磁力泵、全封闭阀门及反应设备。
The leakage of mechanical equipment in the operation is one of the source for the pollution to environment. In this paper absolute seal technique is put forward from the relationship between leakage and pollution,leakage and seal. Magnetic drive and seal principle are expounded and the application and prospects for the leak proof design are analyzed with the introductions and suggestions for the green product-magnetic pumps, close valves and reactors.
