摘要
用SEM、DSC等研究了掺杂钼丝的再结晶温度、组织和性能。结果表明掺杂提高了丝材的再结晶温度,改善了再结晶后的组织和性能。在本实验条件下,复合掺杂1.9×10-4K和1.2×10-3La2O3的钼合金丝的综合性能最好。
The recrystallization temperature, microstructure and properties of the complex (K and La) doped Molybdenum wire were investigated by SEM and DSC. The results show that the recrystallization temperature increases after doping, while the microstructure and properties are improved. In experimental condition, the best complex properties of the doped molybdenum wire are obtained by doping with 1.9×10-4K and 1.2×10-3La2O3.
